Win tickets to a Stampeders home game!

It's football season!  Pincher Creek Co-op will draw for two tickets for an at home Stampeders Football game. Next two game draws for tickets is for the Monday September 1 game: Stampeders vs Edmonton, then two more for the Saturday, September 13 game: Stampeders vs Toronto. You can enter every time you shop in the Co-op Farm and Home Store at the east end of Main Street. It's that easy.

Best wishes in your retirement to Grace MacMillan

Pincher Creek Co-op bids a fond farewell and sends best wishes for a nice retirement to previous board President Grace MacMillan.

Grace has lent her wisdom and support to the Pincher Creek Co-operative Board over the last 10 years. Grace  has been actively involved with decisions, a staunch supporter of the Co-op, and an enthusiastic member of the team.

Grace announced she was stepping down at the 2014 Co-op Annual General Meeting held  in April.  Pincher Creek General Manager David Crowell said "We truly appreciate her years of service, and wish her a happy retirement."

Local Fuel up to Win Winner

Pincher Creek Co-op Grocery Store Manager Clayton LeJan and General Manager David Crowell were happy to give away a $100 gift card to Colin LaRose (photo center) who won it by playing Fuel Up to Win.

Larose said that he was happy to have won the gift certificate, but added, "Next year, I'm going to get the car."

Improved sales announced at Pincher Creek Co-op AGM

Pincher Creek Co-operative Association held their Annual General Meeting on Thursday, April 24 at Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village (KBPV).  This gave the members a chance to see the progress of a historical representation of past Co-op departments that is being built on-site at KBPV to commemorate the lengthy history that Co-op has in the Pincher Creek area.

During the meeting members heard reports that included impressive sales and the return of equity payments in the future.  At the end of the meeting the new Co-op Board was appointed.  Board Members include: Ralph Bourque, Ed Janzen, Jim Cameron, Barb Dunbar, Nicki Schoening, Kevin Crook, Linda Wollman, and two members that were absent from the meeting,  Allen Wocknitz and Pat Moskaluk.
